Beomhyun Ahn (Andy) is a highly skilled Tonmeister and mastering engineer with extensive experience in acoustical music recording across classical, film scoring, pop, and rock genres. Andy holds a Bachelor's of Art in Contemporary Music, focusing on critiquing music composition and history, and a Master's of Music in Music Technology from New York University.
He also earned an Advanced Certificate in Tonmeister from the same institution. His academic background and hands-on experience have equipped him with a deep understanding of acoustics, signal processing, and recording technology, allowing him to deliver exceptional audio quality in both studio and on-site environments.
Andy’s career is marked by his meticulous approach to recording and mastering, ensuring each project captures the nuanced performances and emotional depth of the music. He has collaborated with composers and directors in film scoring, synchronized sound with visual elements, and worked on live and studio recordings in pop and rock music, blending technical precision with artistic sensitivity.
